Orders are placed via the form on the product's page.

As soon as your order is placed, an automatic message with order details will be sent to the email address you have provided. If you haven't received the message, please check your "Spam" folder and make sure you have provided the correct email address. In case the message still hasn't been received, please contact us at sales@shift-line.com so that we could help you.

As soon as your order is processed, you will receive an email from us with tracking information.

Orders can be placed 24/7. They are processed on business days at 12 p.m. – 7 p.m. (Moscow time). For orders placed during weekends or holidays, our manager will contact you as soon as your order is processed on a business day. Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days since payment.

Beware of scammers! We do not accept orders through social networks or messengers. Orders are only accepted via our official website (shift-line.com) and by email (sales@shift-line.com).
Shipping Information
We offer worldwide shipping. The shopping cart displays shipping costs at checkout. We offer two fixed-price options:
  1. International Small Packet: our standard service with tracking supported by many post services across the world (exceptions: Germany, Canada, Australia). Average delivery time is 2 weeks but can increase for long-distance shipping;
  2. EMS: a service with universally supported tracking. Average international delivery time is 7 to 10 days.
International shipments may be subject to taxes, duties and/or other limitations. All customs-related expenses are the buyer's responsibility. Please consult your country's tax office before placing your order.
Warranty Policy
The warranty term begins on the day of the purchase. The warranty term is:
  • 3 years for all electronic components
  • 1 year for components subject to mechanical impact (potentiometers, footswitches, switches, jacks)
The warranty does not cover products with signs of apparent misuse, such as excessive mechanical impact, unauthorized repair attempts, usage of a wrong power supply unit, liquid damage, insufficient grounding, overheating, or any other signs of using the product in a way that is contradictory to instructions provided in the user manual.

All warranty and post-warranty repairs are conducted at the Shift Line workshop in Saint Petersburg, Russia. If you have any questions regarding our warranty policy, feel free to contact us (please refer to the "Contact Us" section below).

We constantly perfect our products and reserve the right to alter their specifications (appearance and configuration) with no prior notification. All products go through obligatory testing and quality control.
Refund Policy
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a 100% refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
